We can't tell you Oath answers on the first ring — that part hasn't been tested, and we're not going to pretend otherwise just to make this sound more reassuring. But the number and address are real and public. Oath's own contact page also has a message form, though it requires creating an account before you can submit anything through it; the phone number doesn't require that.
