Shipping is a saving on a different line.
Oath's published shipping offer covers US orders over $250. It removes a delivery charge rather than taking a percentage off merchandise. An order of exactly $250 doesn't meet an “over” threshold. Oath ships within the United States only, so this offer doesn't cover an international delivery.
Check the qualifying amount
The shipping banner was on Oath's homepage on October 19, 2026. The commerce record gives the threshold but doesn't say whether the qualifying amount is counted before or after a discount. It doesn't confirm that free shipping can be combined with either code or the account offer.
Review the shipping quotation after applying an eligible code. A percentage reduction and a shipping offer affect different lines of the total, so both deserve a look before payment. There is no shipping code to copy from this directory and no assumed postage price to add to a claimed saving.
Dispatch and arrival are different
Oath's commerce record, dated August 13, 2026, says that orders placed before noon MST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the noon MST cutoff ship on the next business day, as do orders placed on weekends or federal holidays.
The listed service is 2-day business air for most orders, typically UPS where available. The shop's dispatch schedule describes when an order leaves; it doesn't guarantee when the carrier will deliver it. Free shipping doesn't turn that service into a guaranteed arrival date.
Tracking and order questions
The published terms include real-time tracking on all shipments. For an order question, Oath lists +1 480-999-1097 and a support response time of 24–48 hours.
Oath sells research-use-only products. Its refund or replacement policy covers product that doesn't meet stated specifications or purity. That policy doesn't describe later refunds for missed coupons or disputed shipping discounts, so those charges need reviewing before an order is paid.
